How to protect the terminal cable?

We all know that the terminal design is precise, and a slight touch will lead to deformation. This kind of deformation will lead to assembly difficulties in mild cases and poor electrical performance in serious cases. Next, we will introduce how the cable processing factory protects the terminal cable!

When the terminal is incoming, most of the disk-mounted ring terminals are shaft-mounted. There are paper tape protections between the chain-shaped terminals, and there are paper-made plates or plastic shaft protections on the outside.

During the production process, there are corresponding shafts on the terminal machine to fix the terminal plate! After the terminal connection line is made, put it into a fixed cup, protect it with a rubber band, and then put it into the customized box. When packaging, if there are exposed terminals, a bubble bag will be added for protection.

The wire harness is composed of two parts: the connector and the wire. Here is an introduction to the structure and function of the terminals in the connector:

1. Contact end (contact part): the part that contacts the power supply with the pins of the needle seat;

2. Wire barrel: the part that crimps the conductor;

3. Insulation cylinder: the part that fixes the insulation of the wire;

4. Bell inlet sleeve: the part that protects the wire from breakage and surface wear;

5. Spear hook: locking hook when inserted into the shell;

6. Truncated piece: the residual part after the material strip is cut off;

7. Jagged protrusions: grooves in the barrel to ensure good contact of the wires;
